Assumption Seminary is a Roman Catholic institution in San Antonio, Texas, dedicated to the formation of diocesan priests. Established in 1915, it serves the Archdiocese of San Antonio and various other dioceses across the United States and Latin America.  It is a vibrant community preparing men for multi-cultural leadership as the Church moves into the next millennium.

About Roast & Toast

September 5, we will be Roasting and Toasting our beloved alumnus, Father Dennis Darilek!  Father Dennis has had a distinguished career spanning over 50 years, dedicating his life to pastoral ministry and community service.  He also has a great sense of humor!  The night promises to full of fun and good-natured ribbing as we celebrate his legacy.  In addition to the roast, we will be bestowing our annual service award on Mr. Mike Davis, who served as the seminary development director for many years.  Thanks to Mr. Davis’s hard work and expertise in planned giving, Assumption Seminary continues to be remembered through many generous legacies!  Join us as we raise glasses and raise money for Assumption Seminary!
