Assumption Seminary is a Roman Catholic institution in San Antonio, Texas, dedicated to the formation of diocesan priests. Established in 1915, it serves the Archdiocese of San Antonio and various other dioceses across the United States and Latin America.  It is a vibrant community preparing men for multi-cultural leadership as the Church moves into the next millennium.

About A Toast to Bishop Michael Boulette

This year, we invite you to a truly special celebration: a semi-formal "Toast" dinner honoring Bishop Michael Boulette. As a distinguished alumnus and lifelong supporter of the seminary, Bishop Mike is celebrating two incredible milestones—his 50th ordination anniversary and his recent retirement. We hope you will join his friends and colleagues as we raise a glass to his remarkable legacy and contributions.

Chopped romaine lettuce mixed with wild field greens, sliced ripe cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, sliced kalamata olives, pepperoncini and homemade balsamic vinaigrette

Chicken Piccata (Gluten-Free)

Topped with lemon butter caper sauce and sun dried tomatoes. Served with rice primavera and hot grilled vegetable stack with squash, zucchini, carrots, marinated mushrooms, and asparagus 

Butternut Squash Risotto (Vegetarian/Vegan)

Served with stuffed portobello mushroom with toasted quinoa and vegetable stacks with squash, zucchini, carrots, marinated mushrooms, and asparagus
